Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Participate in regular supervision and case consultations
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis
- Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Conduct functional behavior assessments
- Develop and implement behavior support plans
- Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve client outcomes
- Document progress and outcomes of interventions
- Collaborate with clients and families to set and achieve goals
- Provide evidence-based interventions to improve client behaviors
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of treatment plans
- Ensure that services are culturally sensitive and respectful
- Provide consultation and support to other professionals
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities
- Ensure that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct outcome measurements and evaluations
- Provide support and resources to clients and families
