Uptalent.io is looking for a Remote Archicad Expert to produce detailed interior documentation solutions for Residential and Commercial projects. You will create precise construction documentation and photorealistic renderings, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with specifications and deliver high-quality results.

What You'll Do

Create detailed interior documentation using Archicad software, including 3D Models, Constructive Drawings, and Demolition Plans.
Create attractive photorealistic interior renderings.
Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure accurate interpretation of project specifications.
Review and revise interior documentation based on feedback and changing requirements.
Maintain a thorough understanding of industry codes, regulations, and standards.
Contribute to the development and improvement of interior documentation processes and procedures.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address project-related queries and challenges.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in Archicad software and recommend enhancements to optimize project efficiency.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Archicad Expert, with a focus on interior documentation.
Proficiency in Archicad software including creating 3D models, generating construction documentation, and managing project data.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise interior documentation.
Fluent in English with effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and standards related to Interior Design in the US.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects related to interior documentation.
