World Business Lenders, LLC is hiring a Remote - Account Executive - Sales

About the Role

World Business Lenders is looking for an Remote Account Executive to drive loan originations for our BNB Cashout product. You’ll be responsible for creating and implementing a dynamic regional sales strategy and fostering meaningful connections with clients across key markets.

What You'll Do

  • Create and implement a dynamic regional sales strategy for Atlanta, Nashville, Savannah, and the South Carolina coast from Myrtle Beach to Hilton Head.
  • Foster meaningful connections with property management companies, HOA/condo associations, and short-term rental investors.
  • Seek out and connect with potential borrowers interested in cash-out refinancing for their short-term rental properties.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and present the BNB Cashout product as a solution.
  • Boost loan origination volume by cultivating partnerships and following a consultative sales approach.
  • Team up with leadership to enhance go-to-market strategies informed by market insights.
  • Keep a steady pipeline of opportunities, from lead generation to closing, ensuring targets are consistently achieved.

What We're Looking For

  • 3 to 5 years of solid experience in sales, account management, or business development.
  • A track record of successfully cultivating client relationships and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Exceptional ability to build relationships and network effectively.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in active listening with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Flexible thinking and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong time management skills and self-driven motivation in a field-oriented position.
  • Experience with CRM tools for effective lead and sales pipeline management.
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Capable of hosting virtual meetings and delivering presentations via online platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).

Nice to Have

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a similar discipline is highly preferred. Substantial professional experience in sales, lending, or real estate is accepted in place of formal education.
  • Experience in real estate lending, short-term rental markets, or partnerships in property management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in real estate lending, mortgage sales, or property management.
  • Familiarity with short-term rental markets or knowledge of investor-focused financial products.
  • Military background.
