Voxidea is hiring a Personal Injury Intake Coach to serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance. You will gather case details, coordinate consultations, and ensure a compassionate and professional client experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first contact for leads through phone or email, delivering a friendly and helpful experience.
- Collect important information to understand client needs and assess how the firm can help.
- Listen empathetically to individuals and guide them to appropriate resources.
- Complete legal forms and manage records of customer interactions.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with legal experts.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met or provide additional support.
- Handle administrative tasks such as booking appointments, managing schedules, and organizing paperwork.
What We're Looking For
- Holds a bachelor’s degree.
- Has 3+ years of experience in customer service, appointment setting, or interpretation roles at contact centers.
- Is proficient in managing calendars and information flow with accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Permanently resides in the U.S.
- Owns a reliable laptop (Windows or Mac, 2017 or newer) with a stable internet connection.
Nice to Have
- Has previous experience in sales, customer service, or a legal background.
