Advanced Energy is hiring a Reliability Engineer I to join our team. In this role, you will review DRV test plans, optimize equipment usage, and drive improvements in test processes while rigorously maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.
What You'll Do
- Review DRV test plans and identify required equipment, tools, and materials.
- Utilize equipment and hardware tools in the most optimized and productive manner.
- Further improve DRV test processes and execution while fostering a program to drive ideas and results.
- Support and strictly maintain safety, 5S, and housekeeping activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Technical knowledge of electronics circuits.
- Knowledge of basic and advanced computer hardware and software use.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in test automation is a plus.
