At Grupo PiSA, we are looking for a Reliability Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will enhance the reliability of our manufacturing and service equipment through systematic analysis and preventive strategies. Your work will directly increase operational availability and ensure we meet stringent quality standards in a regulated environment.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and reduce recurring machinery failures using root cause methodologies like AMEF, 8D’s, and 5 Whys.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s and OEE) and build control dashboards in Power BI to support decision-making.
- Ensure all processes and equipment operate in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitary regulations (COFEPRIS/FDA).
- Improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans and manage stock for critical spare parts.
- Guarantee the safe operation of machinery and certify technical personnel in its handling and adjustments.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of machinery maintenance experience within the Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or Food industry.
- Minimum 2 years analyzing and interpreting operational data.
- Proven ability to manage performance indicators (KPI’s) and equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Active participation in continuous improvement processes and quality audits.
Nice to Have
- Fundamental knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems, and PLC.
Technical Stack
- Power BI and Office Package (especially Excel)
- Methodologies: AMEF, 8D’s, 5 Whys, Statistical Process Control (SPC)
