EY is looking for a Process Improvement Consultant to join our Finance consulting area. You will support the execution of consulting projects that help our clients transform their businesses and improve customer experience by working closely with project teams and clients to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and implement solutions.
What You'll Do
- Identify, analyze, and optimize existing business processes to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a process architect, creating and documenting flowcharts that clearly represent operations and workflows.
- Understand and document client business processes and requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Use analytical tools to evaluate process performance, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Participate in the planning and execution of consulting projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met, and reporting progress to project leaders.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience evaluating financial and operational data to identify improvement areas and efficiency opportunities.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- Knowledge and skills in analytical tools.
