Telepass is seeking a Release Specialist to join our IT Operation & Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying adherence to activity planning, monitoring and supervising progress, and coordinating DEV, QA, and AMS teams. Your primary focus will be managing and coordinating the release closure and production deployment phases, ensuring quality, traceability, and controlled impact in line with QA, security, and Operations standards.
What You'll Do
- Define the production release calendar, release gates (DEV and QA), and freeze periods.
- Define comprehensive release plans.
- Check deliverables from both DEV and QA teams.
- Verify application dependencies.
- Coordinate deploy execution, including defining times and coordinating teams.
- Manage rollback procedures and mitigations.
- Manage post-release verification activities.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability, including change records, evidence, and approvals.
- Align all activities with security and audit policies.
- Manage Business Simulation builds and controlled openings via feature flags.
- Manage communication plans to users and impacted teams.
- Conduct post-release reviews to gather metrics, lessons learned, and define improvement actions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of prior experience in a related role.
- A STEM degree, with a particular focus on engineering and computer science.
- Experience managing multi-domain releases.
- Familiarity with audit standards.
- Knowledge and application of DORA metrics.
