OCBC Bank is hiring a Relationship Manager (AVP/Manager) for its Greater China Business Office within Global Corporate Banking. You will build long-term relationships with corporate clients and help them achieve their business goals by understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions. You'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand their business goals and challenges.
- Collaborate with product specialists to deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Provide exceptional client service, responding to client queries and resolving issues promptly.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or economics.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate banking or a related field (at least 2 years for Manager rank).
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and work collaboratively.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including cash management, trade finance, and lending.
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate and read in Chinese, including Chinese annual reports and financial reports, and an understanding of Chinese culture.
