Grupo Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, a leading emblematic company in Mexico's financial market, is hiring a Regulatory Framework Specialist - Post Trade. You will contribute to strengthening the regulatory and internal control framework for post-trade operations by analyzing processes and evaluating controls.

What You'll Do

• Support the coordination and compliance with participation and permanence requirements, ensuring Participants and/or Liquidation Partners meet applicable regulatory and operational obligations.
• Analyze post-trade operational and regulatory processes, evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Provide timely follow-up on issues from internal or external audits, regulatory reviews, or operational findings, ensuring documentation, evidence of remediation, and timely closure.
• Collaborate in the development, updating, and maintenance of policies, manuals, standards, and procedures aligned with regulation and best practices.
• Maintain operational communication with Participants and/or Liquidation Partners, providing information, follow-up, and support on regulatory and control matters.
• Support the preparation and integration of operational and control information for presentation to supervisory committees and governance bodies.
• Support various regulatory oversight tasks for different post-trade areas, including the evaluation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Indeval Participation Requirements and CCV Permanence Requirements processes, as well as coordinating and managing annual audits of Liquidation Partners.
• Assess the impact of regulatory or technological changes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Law or Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics-Administrative or Finance.
• 2 to 5 years in roles related to the Financial Sector (Banking, Pension Funds, Brokerage Houses).
• 2 to 5 years in roles related to Compliance, Legal, Audit, Internal Control, Risk, or related areas.
• 2 to 5 years in roles related to Control Management, regulatory documentation, or audit handling.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Technical Stack

• Cloud architectures (Cloud Architecture, AWS)
• Power BI/SQL for developing reports, dashboards, and visual analysis
• Word and regulatory documentation tools
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, analysis functions, and data handling)
