PurposeCare is looking for a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled visits and holistic care to patients in their own homes. You will focus on building meaningful one-on-one connections and helping patients overcome real challenges in their daily life and recovery. We are dedicated to helping people live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives at home.
What You'll Do
- Provide skilled visits that address the full scope of a patient's needs in their home.
- Build meaningful, one-on-one connections with patients in their own homes.
- Make clinical decisions independently and use your expertise to its fullest.
- Help patients make meaningful progress in their daily life and recovery.
What We're Looking For
- Current license with your state's Board of Nursing.
- 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
