DaVita is looking for a Registered Nurse to ensure the compassionate and professional delivery of all dialysis-related nursing services. In this outpatient clinic role, you will be responsible for patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing, working in a fast-paced environment that requires critical thinking and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a supportive care team
What We're Looking For
- Current RN license in state of practice
- CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation skills
- 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred)
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
Nice to Have
- CNN certification a plus
