Biograph is hiring a part-time Registered Dietitian to join an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with clinical and non-clinical staff to deliver holistic dietetic services. You will guide members toward their wellness goals through tailored nutrition plans and support for sustainable lifestyle changes.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with clinicians to develop personalized care plans based on evaluations and diagnostic test results.
- Provide nutritional counseling to help members adopt sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes.
- Serve as an accountability partner by setting realistic action steps and supporting members in achieving goals.
- Monitor member progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and coordinate with clinicians.
- Integrate wearables and technology into nutrition counseling for a data-driven approach.
- Recommend dietary supplements as part of the member’s overall treatment plan.
- Review intake forms, test results, and other data, explaining findings clearly to members.
- Conduct virtual visits and follow-up communication as scheduled, offering continuous support via email and member portal.
- Generate custom reports to coincide with virtual visits.
- Document member goals and outcomes using the electronic medical record system.
- Maintain ongoing communication and engagement with members through the digital platform.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition science.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 5 years of health coaching experience, or experience coaching at least 50 clients.
- Registered Dietitian or New York State Certification as Dietitian-Nutritionist.
- Passion and expertise in applying nutrition and food plans to aging, wellness, and longevity.
- Tech-savvy, with ability to quickly adapt to new platforms, including an electronic medical record system.
- Strong time management skills and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Ability to come into the San Mateo clinic on occasion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience and/or training in functional nutrition or functional medicine.
- Additional certifications in health coaching (IFM, IIN, or similar).
- Interest and experience in using continuous glucose monitors for dietetics counseling in non-diabetic individuals.
- Interest and experience in working with Product and Design professionals in the development of reports and member tools.
- Interest and experience in dietetics program evaluation and monitoring.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid position. Work is primarily remote with occasional on-site work at our San Mateo, California clinic.
