About the Role

Mass General Brigham is hiring a Registered Advanced Nurse (GHC 59B) PNE to join our team. This role is responsible for developing educational programs, clinical decision-making, managing quality outcomes, and participating in research. You will provide expert patient care, including health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling for patients and families.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert-level consultation and advise clinical staff on diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Plan and deliver relevant staff and patient education on patient care matters.
  • Actively participate in research and evidence-based practice activities to improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide direct healthcare services to patients.
  • Form diagnoses and manage and treat illness and disease.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Master's Degree or currently in a Masters/DNP program nearing completion
  • Registered Nurse (RN) state license
  • Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) state license
  • 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
  • In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing care practices and principles.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based care plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
  • Leadership abilities to provide guidance, mentorship, and education to nursing staff.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements through continuous learning.

Nice to Have

  • 2-3 years of clinical education experience
  • 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience

Benefits & Compensation

  • Compensation: $46.78 - $115.70 per hour

This is an onsite position located at 326 Cambridge Street.
