Mass General Brigham is hiring a Registered Advanced Nurse (GHC 59B) PNE to join our team. This role is responsible for developing educational programs, clinical decision-making, managing quality outcomes, and participating in research. You will provide expert patient care, including health promotion, disease prevention, health education, and counseling for patients and families.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert-level consultation and advise clinical staff on diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Plan and deliver relevant staff and patient education on patient care matters.
- Actively participate in research and evidence-based practice activities to improve patient outcomes.
- Provide direct healthcare services to patients.
- Form diagnoses and manage and treat illness and disease.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Master's Degree or currently in a Masters/DNP program nearing completion
- Registered Nurse (RN) state license
- Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) state license
- 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical nursing care practices and principles.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based care plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families.
- Leadership abilities to provide guidance, mentorship, and education to nursing staff.
- Ability to stay updated on the latest advancements through continuous learning.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years of clinical education experience
- 1-2 years of nursing leadership experience

- Compensation: $46.78 - $115.70 per hour
