Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Regional Vice President Sales, Western Division. This leadership role is responsible for driving sales strategy and execution across the Western Division, focusing on building strong partnerships and delivering sustained revenue growth. You will oversee a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy that accelerates business growth within the Western region.
- Lead the annual sales planning process to achieve targets for sales, distribution, revenue, and shipments.
- Manage and coach a team of direct reports across multiple states to ensure goal attainment and professional growth.
- Oversee the divisional P&L, driving profitability and operational efficiency.
- Implement distributor programs aligned with brand initiatives and ensure adherence to pricing strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear priorities, creating urgency, and holding the team accountable.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience in the wine & spirits industry with proven track record of achieving growth and profitability.
- Strong expertise in retail customer headquarters sales and distributor management.
- Ability to analyze consumer data (IRI, AC Nielsen) and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in creating compelling sales presentations in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Consumer Insights.
- Deep knowledge of wine products and retail category management.
- Ability to travel up to 60% within the region.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to recruit, develop, and motivate teams in a dynamic environment.
