About the Role

Future Energy Ventures is looking for a Regional Sales Manager Norddeutschland (all genders) für Reev to establish our reev brand as a strong and reliable partner for charging solutions in Northern Germany. You will be responsible for positioning reev with wholesalers, installers, planners, engineers, and end customers throughout the region.

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue development and increase sales volume in your designated sales territory.
  • Build and establish reev as a strong brand and preferred partner with wholesalers, installers, trade associations, end customers, hardware planners, and engineers.
  • Acquire new customers through various channels and conduct on-site visits.
  • Expand existing customer relationships and develop long-term partnerships.
  • Process and follow up on leads generated by inside sales.
  • Maintain active market presence through participation in trade fairs, events, and training.
  • Collect market and customer feedback and provide structured input to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

What We're Looking For

  • You speak the 'language of electricians' and understand their decision-making processes.
  • You have sales experience in electrical wholesale, with manufacturers, or in technical B2B sales.
  • You bring closing strength, assertiveness, and a drive for active new customer acquisition.
  • You excel at relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • You work with high personal responsibility, are results-oriented, and take a hands-on approach.
  • You are willing to spend about 60% of your time in field sales (a company car is included).
  • You are fluent in German and have very good English skills for international cooperation.
