CrowdStrike is hiring a Regional Sales Engineer, Public Sector (Remote, BRA)

CrowdStrike is looking for a Regional Sales Engineer to focus on the Public Sector, providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. In this remote role, you will work closely with sales to design security solutions, deliver product demonstrations, and build strong customer relationships for CrowdStrike, a mission-driven leader in cybersecurity.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the sales process, including conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
• Prepare technical proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback and input into the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and solutions and stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in the security industry.
• Work with the marketing team to develop technical marketing materials, such as whitepapers and solution briefs, that support our sales efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry experts.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experienced in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Can easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences.
• Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently.
• Can work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including C-level executives.
• Extensive contacts in the information security field and strong references.
• Strong understanding of MEDDIC based sales process.
• Experience working with government/federal projects and RFP sales.
• Ability to travel as required.
• Must be located in Sao Paulo, Southeast Brazil.
• Must be fluent in both Portuguese and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
• Experience with programming or scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
• Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies.
• Experience with large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Understanding of the OSI model.
• Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS.
