About the Role
This position leads sales strategy and execution across the New England territory, focusing on expanding access to innovative mental health treatments through relationship development with key stakeholders and data-driven market planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and treatment centers
- Identify new market opportunities and drive expansion efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives
- Monitor regional performance metrics and adjust tactics as needed
- Provide coaching and direction to field sales personnel
- Deliver product education to clinical and administrative decision-makers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all promotional activities
- Prepare forecasts and sales projections for the region
- Represent the organization at industry events and professional meetings
- Track competitor activity and market trends
- Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Drive adoption of services through evidence-based messaging
- Manage regional budget and resource allocation
- Coordinate with marketing to develop localized promotional materials
- Ensure consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints
- Evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives
- Promote a culture of accountability and high performance
- Leverage data analytics to inform sales planning
- Address customer concerns and support resolution processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments
- Support payer and provider access strategies
- Foster collaboration between clinical and commercial teams
Compensation
