EX Squared is hiring a Regional Recruiter - South (Texas preferred)

Jobgether seeks a Regional Recruiter for the South region, with a preference for Texas. You will serve as the primary ambassador for higher education in the arts, promoting academic programs and campus life to prospective students and families. The role combines travel, event management, and one-on-one student engagement to drive enrollment.

What You'll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and attend recruitment events including college fairs, portfolio days, and information sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other student feeder sources in the assigned region.
• Share information on academic programs, student services, and campus culture with prospective students and families.
• Review and provide feedback on student portfolios both in-person and virtually.
• Collaborate with admission counselors for follow-up and post-event evaluations.
• Prepare event reports, maintain recruitment records, and manage expense documentation.
• Represent the institution professionally at all recruitment events and external engagements.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Active US driver’s license.
• US-based address to receive promotional materials.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends during the recruitment cycle.
• Ability to manage multiple events, travel, and remote work efficiently.

Nice to Have

• BFA degree.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, marketing, or education-related roles.
• Knowledge of art, design, and visual culture, and the ability to discuss these subjects confidently.
