Capgemini seeks an FBS IT Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is central to onboarding resources, focusing on process improvements and automation enhancements. You will be responsible for incorporating integration points within our systems to streamline operations.
What You'll Do
- Partner closely with talent acquisition teams to anticipate needs and ensure proper system access for new hires, rehires, and contingent workers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and suppliers for new hire support.
- Provide solutions to complex problems having wide implications based on practice and existing procedures.
- Respond effectively to employees and contractors to coordinate and handle post-onboarding needs.
- Manage and respond timely to more complex inquiries from IT teams.
- Use broad experience and knowledge to suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve team efficiency.
- Work on integration between systems, focusing on automation.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role with an IT background.
- Full English fluency.
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
- Automation knowledge with a focus on finding opportunities for efficiency and a proactive attitude.
