About the Role
This role is responsible for overseeing data center project delivery within a defined region, coordinating timelines, resources, and communication between cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adherence to standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities for data center deployments and upgrades
- Track project timelines and ensure milestones are met
- Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and internal departments
- Monitor project documentation and ensure accuracy
- Facilitate communication among engineering, operations, and client teams
- Identify potential project risks and escalate as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols
- Support change management processes during project execution
- Manage project status reporting and dashboards
- Work with vendors and contractors to align on project goals
- Assist in budget tracking and resource planning
- Verify site readiness before project initiation
- Coordinate equipment delivery and installation schedules
- Maintain logs for project issues and resolutions
- Ensure adherence to environmental and technical standards
- Support post-implementation reviews and lessons learned
- Provide updates to leadership on project progress
- Assist in developing standardized project workflows
- Manage documentation for as-built records and handover
- Promote collaboration across regional teams
- Ensure data integrity in project management systems
- Respond to stakeholder inquiries in a timely manner
- Support quality assurance checks during project phases
- Assist in training field personnel on project procedures
- Maintain consistency with organizational project governance
