About the Role

NFI Parts is hiring a Regional Parts Manager for the U.S. South Region to spearhead our sales growth and market presence. You will be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive regional sales strategy to achieve annual sales and profitability targets, managing and growing customer accounts while representing a company dedicated to designing and delivering exceptional transportation solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and refine a regional sales strategy to meet annual sales budgets and profit targets.
  • Update strategy based on market conditions, company goals, and customer needs.
  • Report regularly on regional sales performance and key opportunities.
  • Drive execution of sales growth initiatives, focusing on new customer acquisition and retention.
  • Conduct regular on-site sales visits and proactive outbound calls to key accounts.
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
  • Recommend appropriate stocking levels and products based on customer fleet analysis.
  • Promote and introduce new products, programs, and value-added services.
  • Analyze competitor product usage and pricing to recommend strategies.
  • Identify competitive part numbers for sales opportunities and product line expansion.
  • Attend and present at trade shows, conferences, and training events.
  • Generate leads through industry networking and follow up on all opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated success managing a multi-state sales territory or regional accounts.
  • Strong understanding of bus, coach, or heavy-duty vehicle parts and systems.
  • Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket parts sales models.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to analyze data to inform stocking recommendations, pricing, and sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the assigned region (50–70% travel).
  • Comfort working independently in a remote or field-based role while coordinating with internal teams.
  • Results-driven with a high level of initiative and accountability.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive, heavy-duty vehicle, or transportation parts industry.
