EX Squared is looking for a Regional Nurse Case Manager to play a pivotal role in supporting oncology patients by navigating complex access, reimbursement, and patient support programs. You will operate within our patient-centric model, ensuring no patient is left behind.
What You'll Do
- Manage the lifecycle of patient cases, proactively addressing barriers such as prior authorization delays, denials, and specialty pharmacy coordination.
- Serve as a single point of contact for patients, healthcare providers, insurers, and specialty pharmacies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Maintain rigorous documentation to support compliance and quality.
- Operate within a patient-centric model, ensuring that no patient is left behind.
