Sprinto is looking for an Associate Account Executive to join our Bay Area team. This is a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role with real ownership from day one. You will report directly to the Sales Director and work horizontally with the Bay Area Regional Leader to execute regional go-to-market initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Carry and exceed quota through full-cycle sales execution
- Drive new business development and pipeline generation
- Own the sales process from prospecting to close
- Execute regional go-to-market initiatives alongside leadership

- Ability to own and execute sales processes independently
