Responsibilities

- Ensure consistent property standards and guest experience across all locations
- Coordinate with property managers and service providers for maintenance and upkeep
- Monitor property performance metrics and occupancy rates
- Serve as primary point of contact for owner inquiries and issue resolution
- Manage local vendor relationships and contract compliance
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality and safety standards
- Support marketing initiatives with on-the-ground insights and feedback
- Oversee key management and access coordination for guest stays
- Respond to urgent operational issues during after-hours periods
- Train and mentor regional team members on service protocols
- Track and report on regional financial performance and expenses
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements
- Collaborate with customer experience teams on feedback improvements
- Implement operational best practices across all managed properties
- Facilitate smooth transitions during property onboarding and turnover
- Maintain accurate records of property conditions and service history
- Escalate structural or major maintenance concerns to central operations
- Support special events or high-profile guest stays as needed
- Promote sustainability practices in property operations
- Gather market intelligence on local real estate and tourism trends
- Assist in evaluating new property acquisition opportunities
