Leadling, a 40+ year established retail lender, is seeking a Regional Manager to drive regional expansion and market growth in the mortgage industry. This role provides the opportunity to lead branch development, scale production, and support loan officer growth in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and scale a regional market in the mortgage industry
- Lead branch expansion initiatives
- Drive Loan Officer growth across multiple markets
- Oversee production and operational efficiency
- Engage in regional leadership and market development
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record as a producing Mortgage Regional Manager, multi-branch leader, or senior Loan Officer
- Experience in scaling mortgage markets
- Demonstrated leadership in mortgage lending
Nice to Have
- Experience in a retail mortgage lending environment
- Background in managing multiple branches
- History of successful recruiting and team development in mortgage
