Michels Utility Services, Inc. is hiring a Regional Manager - Foundations - Michels Power, Inc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 to 15 or more years of advancing experience in the construction industry, with a focus on foundation, civil, or power delivery projects
  • Demonstrated leadership managing multiple project teams, geographic regions, or business divisions
  • In-depth understanding of foundation construction techniques such as drilled shafts and piers, driven piles, micropiles, structural concrete, and site civil work
  • Solid financial management skills, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring profit and loss performance
  • Proven ability to lead teams, foster professional development, and promote high operational standards
  • Experience using project management and scheduling software such as Primavera, HCSS, or comparable platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards

Multiple project teams and Project Managers

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 10–15+ years of progressive experience in construction, with a strong background in foundation, civil, or power delivery projects
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple project teams, regions, or business units
  • Deep knowledge of foundation construction methods, including: Drilled shafts / piers, Driven piles and micropiles, Structural concrete and site civil work
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive operational excellence
  • Experience with project management and scheduling tools (Primavera, HCSS, or similar)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
