Key Responsibilities May Include: - Design, implement, and continuously enhance safety programs to elevate HSE performance and regulatory compliance - Proactively lead safety initiatives emphasizing preventative approaches - Manage incident claims comprehensively from initiation through resolution - Establish standardized environmental practices aligned with organizational policies - Monitor and report monthly HSE performance metrics collaboratively with service center management Position Purpose The role provides strategic HSE support across the Coastal region, influencing geographically dispersed teams toward achieving zero workplace injuries and environmental negative impacts. This position drives global and regional safety strategy deployment, conducts annual audits, and promotes proactive safety culture through technological tools and transformational initiatives. Key Accountabilities Support Senior Health & Safety Management to execute comprehensive regional HSE strategies, targeting Brambles' Zero Harm objectives through compliance, cultural evolution, and continuous performance improvement.
