About the Role

The HR Operations Manager will spearhead HR initiatives, manage a team, and ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage the regional HR operations team.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Manage employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Manage HR budget and resources effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and databases.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and manage HR technology and systems.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for HR staff and employees.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Provide regular reports on HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR.
  • Manage HR-related risks and issues proactively.
  • Ensure data privacy and security in HR processes.
  • Provide support during mergers, acquisitions, and other organizational changes.
  • Develop and implement diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage HR-related communication and engagement activities.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a leadership role within HR operations.
  • Experience in a healthcare or life sciences setting.
