Job Overview The Regional Fixed Operations Representative is a versatile service professional responsible for supporting dealers, fleets, and service partners through comprehensive technical support, mobile field repair, dealer assessments, and service readiness activities. This role provides both remote and on-site service support, including diagnostic assistance, hands-on repair, dealer capability evaluations, field training, and service process validation. As a critical extension of the Technical Service Call Center, the representative supports escalated cases, conducts field quality investigations, and ensures consistent service standards across the region. Success requires strong technical expertise, exceptional communication skills, customer-facing professionalism, and autonomous operational capabilities. What You'll Do Technical Service / Call Center Support - Extend call center support for dealer and fleet cases - Provide advanced troubleshooting guidance - Document technical findings and escalate systemic issues - Participate in rotational technical support coverage Field Service & Mobile Repair - Conduct on-site diagnostics and repairs - Perform mobile service operations safely - Support dealers during challenging repairs - Validate service procedures and provide improvement feedback Dealer Support & Audit Activities - Conduct dealer service capability audits - Train dealer technicians on procedures and safety practices - Assist dealers in establishing repair documentation - Support dealer onboarding and launch assessments Field Quality, Issue Identification, and Escalation - Investigate field issues and support failure analysis - Document findings for engineering and quality teams - Monitor regional recurring issues - Capture service data for trend analysis Customer & Dealer Relationship Management - Serve as primary field-facing regional representative - Maintain strong dealer and fleet relationships - Support customer satisfaction through timely case resolution Process & Documentation Support - Develop and refine service procedures - Validate service tools and technical publications - Support warranty analysis with field insights General Responsibilities - Maintain safe working environment - Document field activities thoroughly - Manage regional travel efficiently - Perform additional cross-functional duties What You'll Need - Excellent communication skills - Proven automotive/EV diagnostic capabilities - Strong customer-facing problem-solving abilities - Project management and organizational discipline - Accountability and clear communication - Adaptability in dynamic environments - Collaborative interpersonal skills - Detail-oriented approach - Proficiency in digital tools and diagnostic platforms Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
