Responsibilities
- Lead your region to success, implementing strategic operating plans.
- Recruit and manage a stellar BCBA team, driving high performance and meeting business metrics.
- Maintain high quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
- Maintain billable productivity margins and meet quarterly revenue targets.
- Boost client, payer, and staff engagement through effective communication and relationship building.
- Consult and resolve complex ABA cases, including timely remediation of client grievances.
- Manage client balance and waitlist, ensuring maximum retention.
- Coordinate with various departments to address regional needs and meet goals.
Requirements
- Pass DOJ & FBI background check and TB test where applicable.
- Receive and act on detailed information through oral & written communication.
- Utilize finger dexterity; good vision, hearing and critical thinking on a regular basis in order to carry out all duties and responsibilities.
- Able to sit, stand and walk during a standard workday.
- Able to drive from client to client and to various business meetings.
- Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds or more.
Nice to Have
- 5 years experience in the Autism field, BCBA preferred
- Operational and leadership experience in ABA preferred (willingness to learn required!)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and automobile insurance.
- Comfortable with in-person client visits and regular travel.
