About the Role

Scripps is hiring a Regional Digital Strategist to drive digital revenue growth across multiple markets. In this remote role, you will act as a key advisor, providing expert product knowledge, sales expertise, and campaign strategy guidance to support regional teams. You will be instrumental in educating local markets on the digital sales process to increase market share and performance.

What You'll Do

  • Drive digital market revenue by increasing digital product campaigns.
  • Provide guidance and training on selling designated digital products.
  • Provide campaign guidance and help develop strategy.
  • Generate and interpret analytics to determine digital sales campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify additional digital sales opportunities such as website development.
  • Monitor market trends and clients' industries to identify opportunities to increase market share.
  • Attend and participate in planning and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to provide proof of insurance with the company required insurance limits.
  • Demonstrated sales leadership, advisory or supervisory capacity.
  • Full understanding of the digital portfolio of products.
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated record of success in a goal oriented, highly accountable sales environment.
  • Proven prospecting and closing capabilities.
  • Ability to provide guidance on campaign development, communicate effectiveness and make recommendations for effective advertiser solutions.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret sales demographics to develop creative sales solutions.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively respond to questions from managers, colleagues and customers.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent years of experience.
  • Generally 5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Generally 3+ years of digital advertising sales experience.

Work Mode

This role supports a hybrid work mode, with a priority location in the Salt Lake City market. It is a remote position supporting regional teams.
