Saint Joseph's University is hiring a Regional Admission Representative - Northeast (New England / Upstate New York)

About the Role

Saint Joseph’s University seeks an experienced Regional Admission Representative to own and execute our off-campus recruitment strategy in the New England and Upstate New York region. In this role, you will serve as the comprehensive territory manager, engaging with students, families, and counselors to meet ambitious enrollment goals and represent our private, Catholic, Jesuit institution.

What You'll Do

  • Participate in a minimum of 50 Spring and 50 Fall semester college day/night programs and high school visits within your territory.
  • Drive 8% regional application growth within a two-year timeframe.
  • Provide personalized follow-up correspondence with prospective students, applicants, and enrolled students.
  • Offer pre-college counseling on admission, financial aid, academic programs, and student life.
  • Plan and execute outreach to prospective students and applicants in high schools and community-based organizations.
  • Use Slate CRM for all documentation, data analysis, and to report on results and improvements.
  • Develop detailed travel plans and manage related records and materials.
  • Deliver compelling group presentations about Saint Joseph’s undergraduate experience.
  • Conduct one-on-one information sessions and interviews.
  • Read and process applications for your assigned territory and serve as a secondary reader for others.
  • Fulfill 3-5 on-campus event requirements per recruitment cycle.
  • Serve as the Zee-Mee liaison for connecting with college-bound students.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Proficiency with Slate CRM.
  • At least two years of professional undergraduate admission experience with increasing responsibility, preferably within the New England region.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presentations, phone calls, and correspondence.
  • Ability to understand and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong time-management and decision-making skills.
  • An energetic, upbeat, and independent work style.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured by the university.
  • A basic understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Jesuit education and values.
  • Successful clearance of a background check under the university’s Minors on Campus Policy.

Nice to Have

  • Master’s Degree.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Director of Recruitment and collaborate with the broader admission team to achieve university-wide enrollment objectives.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $52,600.00 - $56,925.00

Work Mode

This is a regional, travel-intensive role based in and focused on the New England / Upstate New York territory.
