Responsibilities

- Conduct regular customer site visits and reviews
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain accurate CRM records and account documentation
- Drive customer retention and satisfaction initiatives
- Participate in industry events and trade shows
- Align sales strategies with company objectives
- Provide feedback from customers to product development teams
- Work closely with logistics and supply chain for order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train customers and partners on product usage when needed
- Monitor contract adherence and renewal timelines
- Support pricing and bid proposal development
