About the Role

Jobgether is hiring a Regional Account Manager to manage and expand our presence within Arizona and Colorado. This is a field-based role focused on building strong relationships with key healthcare providers, particularly ophthalmologists and optometrists, to drive product adoption and growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including ophthalmologists and optometrists, to increase product usage and recommendations.
  • Execute territory sales plans, focusing on high-priority accounts and ensuring pre-set objectives for sales and activity metrics are achieved.
  • Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and demonstrations to communicate product value effectively.
  • Plan, track, and analyze territory activities using CRM tools to optimize outcomes and ROI from promotional efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal colleagues and third-party stakeholders to maximize commercial effectiveness and share best practices.
  • Lead account planning initiatives, developing strategies for key accounts and building relationships with influential industry leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with diverse healthcare professionals.
  • Strong consultative selling, data analysis, and territory/account planning skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently within a remote team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism across all levels.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel across the territory and occasionally nationwide (~30%).

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications and memberships.
  • Prior experience in eye care.
