Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Product Owner (eHealth) (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will translate strategic product roadmaps into reliable production plans, managing delivery flow, ensuring production readiness, and driving continuous improvement through structured backlog management and quality metrics.

What You'll Do

Structure and collect stakeholder input to inform product development.
Translate product goals into a realistic, prioritized delivery plan, breaking down Epics into Stories and managing dependencies.
Maintain a clearly defined backlog including Definition of Ready/Done and measurable Acceptance Criteria.
Conduct sprint and release planning in close collaboration with Engineering teams.
Manage flow by identifying bottlenecks, addressing risks early, and resolving blockers pragmatically.
Moderate incident and problem handling, conducting post-mortems and feeding improvement measures back into the backlog.
Create transparency by maintaining dashboards for plan versus actual status, quality, and throughput.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, Technical Project Manager, or in a comparable role within a software environment.
Confidence in dealing with agile working methods like Scrum and a strong value placed on predictability and quality.
A data-driven approach to decision making and analytical skills for prioritization.
Clear and precise communication skills in both German and English, particularly regarding acceptance criteria and DoR/DoD.
