Treantly is offering a Recruitment/HR Intern placement for students who need to complete required internship hours for graduation. You will gain practical, hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR coordination, and people operations within a fully remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and posting job advertisements
- Help schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and recruiters
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
- Support onboarding tasks, such as document collection and orientation scheduling
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
- Participate in HR-related projects such as employee engagement, research, and process improvement
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR or Recruitment team
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Must need internship hours as part of graduation requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills—both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy and proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work in a remote setting
