Pearl Talent is looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead specializing in finance and bookkeeping to vet and screen top-tier accounting and finance talent for our US-based startup clients. You will use your accounting literacy to deeply understand client needs, assess candidate fit, and help streamline our internal talent matching processes.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for accounting and finance roles
- Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms
- Interview and vet candidates with a focus on US-based financial requirements
- Present highly qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers
- Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the pipeline
- Understand and clarify technical accounting needs for hiring teams
- Contribute to the evaluation of candidates’ financial skill sets
- Help maintain internal databases of vetted finance professionals
What We're Looking For
- Based in LATAM or the Philippines
- 3+ years of experience recruiting for US companies, ideally for contract/1099 roles
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting
- Strong organizational skills—able to manage 3-5 roles at once
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
Nice to Have
- Prior experience as an accountant, auditor, or finance associate is a major plus
