Pearl Talent is looking for a Recruitment Operations Lead (EG009) to build, optimize, and scale the systems, data, and processes that power efficient talent acquisition. This role is central to connecting exceptional talent with visionary founders, ensuring our recruitment teams operate with reliable infrastructure and actionable insights.
What You'll Do
- Administer and optimize the ATS and related recruitment tools, configuring workflows, stages, permissions, and automations.
- Build and maintain dashboards tracking recruitment KPIs, monitor metrics like time-to-fill and conversion rates, and generate recurring performance reports.
- Analyze funnel data to identify bottlenecks, track source effectiveness, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of candidate and pipeline data, audit ATS records for consistency, and enforce data standards and hygiene.
- Map and document end-to-end recruitment workflows, identify inefficiencies, build SOPs, and introduce automation to reduce manual tasks.
- Lead recruitment operations initiatives and system changes, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage rollout plans.
- Train recruiters on system best practices, troubleshoot issues, and support the team during high-volume or transition periods.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition systems administration, or a similar analytical/operational role.
- Expertise in administering and optimizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflow configuration and automation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards, interpret recruitment KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Meticulous attention to detail for data integrity, process documentation, and compliance standards.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to lead initiatives and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to train and support a remote team of recruiters on systems and best practices.
Work Mode
This is a global remote position. Candidates are welcome from the Philippines, LATAM, South Africa, Kenya, and other remote regions.
