As our Recruitment Lead, you will own the hiring pipeline system, building and running scalable recruiting infrastructure—from sourcing and evaluation to candidate experience and offer conversion.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a strong, always-on hiring pipeline.
- Reduce time-to-fill without reducing the hiring bar.
- Design scalable candidate evaluation systems.
- Ensure candidate quality and signal clarity.
- Build multi-channel sourcing systems.
- Develop talent pools ahead of hiring demand.
- Maintain visibility into funnel metrics.
- Standardize structured interviews and scoring rubrics.
- Implement skill-based assessments.
- Reduce bias and inconsistency in evaluation.
- Maintain a high-quality communication cadence.
- Ensure clarity and professionalism throughout the candidate journey.
- Improve offer acceptance rates.
- Track funnel conversion rates.
- Identify drop-off patterns.
- Continuously optimize recruiting efficiency.
