Remote Recruitment is looking for a French-speaking Recruitment Consultant with a background in banking or finance recruitment to join our executive search firm. You will specialize in sourcing top-tier talent within the private banking sector for key European markets. This is a remote opportunity based in South Africa.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen 12–16 senior private bankers (VP level and above) per month for active mandates.
- Identify and add 6–8 French-speaking candidates per month to the CRM with verified language proficiency and assets under management.
- Conduct 10–15 structured candidate interviews monthly and maintain a candidate satisfaction score of ≥85%.
- Maintain a candidate outreach response rate of ≥40% through platforms like LinkedIn, email, and phone.
- Produce 2–3 market maps per quarter and deliver 1–2 market intelligence reports per month on hiring trends.
- Contribute at least 70% of shortlisted candidates per mandate and ensure shortlist submission within 10 business days.
- Support 1–2 cross-border placements quarterly within French-speaking markets.
- Maintain high CRM data standards, with ≥95% profile accuracy and weekly candidate updates.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or financial services recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly within senior-level roles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and maintaining data integrity.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a fully functioning laptop.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
