What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from briefing to placement.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based employers.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a range of sourcing tools.
- Write and post compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and feedback loops.
- Maintain accurate records using the company’s ATS or CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets related to placements and client engagement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights to advise clients effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer.
- Proven ability to manage client accounts and candidate pipelines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM/ATS platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work independently while being a proactive team contributor.
- Reliable internet connection and own laptop essential.
