Mindera is looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to orchestrate the hiring process for multiple client projects. You will be the critical link connecting talented candidates with our clients' specific needs, ensuring we bring in the right people with great attention to detail and strong planning skills.
What You'll Do
- Gather recruitment needs by maintaining close relationships with multiple Account Owners.
- Work with the Recruitment Team to match candidates against the technical requirements of teams and projects.
- Provide short and medium term recruitment needs and priorities.
- Manage partnerships with external recruitment agencies from Romania and abroad.
- Partner with technical communities to coordinate technical interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Advise on, implement, and use recruitment tools including candidate management systems, onboarding tools, social networks, and databases.
- Provide regular, data-driven updates on recruiting progress.
- Compile reports, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Implement and use modern sourcing and recruiting methods.
- Contribute to the hiring decision-making process.
- Take initiative, challenge the status quo, learn quickly, and take smart risks.
