SupportYourApp, a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company, is hiring a (Fluent Danish & English) Customer Support Consultant to provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone. In this remote role based in Romania, you will build strong customer relationships and operate in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone.
Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions.
Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback.
Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests.
Understand customers’ needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team.
Be a part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher).
Excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level).
At least 6–12 months of support experience.
Comfortable working with high ticket volumes.
Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).

Nice to Have

Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support.
