What You'll Do
- Generate leads and new business within IT recruitment and business development.
- Build relationships with clients across global markets.
- Deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Manage your sales pipeline and develop tailored solutions for clients.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in 360 recruitment and business development.
- Strong track record in winning clients and generating revenue.
- Confident communicator with sales and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
