EY is looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to execute recruitment processes, coordinate interviews and assessments, and develop initiatives within the HR area. You will contribute to our commitment to valuing diversity and inclusion.
What You'll Do
- Conduct active searches and publish job postings across various recruitment sources for mass and specific hiring processes.
- Coordinate and execute competency-based interviews, technical and psychological assessments.
- Prepare psychological and labor reports.
- Participate in general induction sessions and career fairs.
- Develop initiatives and projects related to the HR area.
What We're Looking For
- Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of pre-professional or professional experience managing recruitment processes and hunting for mid-level positions.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Knowledge of active search platforms such as LinkedIn.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors is desirable.
