We are seeking a Recruiting Senior Associate to support experienced-hire recruitment within our consulting practice. In this role, you will deliver best-in-class experiences for candidates and business leaders by building credibility as a recruiting delivery expert.
What You'll Do
- Manage multiple recruiting priorities while delivering consistent, high-quality outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and measure customized recruiting and sourcing strategies with varying skill requirements.
- Execute targeted sourcing campaigns and proactively engage passive talent.
- Leverage Huron’s internal network to maximize employee referrals.
- Support recruiting initiatives and projects as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by developing a strong understanding of client business needs and talent priorities.
- Provide regular, data-driven updates on recruiting activity, progress, and market insights.
- Establish collaborative relationships with HR, Operations, Compensation, and Resource Management.
- Manage a full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting process that aligns with client expectations and hiring needs.
- Partner with Recruiting Coordinators to ensure seamless interview scheduling, logistics, and an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and all Huron policies, and adhere to established service level agreements.
- Assess candidate qualifications and overall fit using Huron’s interview framework.
- Conduct recruiter assessments and deliver clear, well-written evaluation summaries.
- Partner with clients and HR to monitor quality of hire and drive continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, from early career through executive roles.
- Demonstrated experience exercising professionalism, sound judgment, and adaptability while communicating effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast pace.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS platforms (e.g., Workforce), LinkedIn, and advanced sourcing techniques.

- Compensation: $85,000–$115,000
