Skydio is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to launch your career in People Operations. You'll act as the welcoming face of Skydio for candidates, managing their onsite experience, coordinating interviews, and supporting our university recruiting efforts. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to learn recruiting tools and contribute to a fast-paced company building the future of flight.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates across various departments.
- Greet candidates onsite at our HQ, providing office tours and ensuring a warm, welcoming environment.
- Collaborate with the University Recruiting team to coordinate campus events, career fairs, and intern onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System to ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
- Assist the broader People team with ad-hoc projects related to employer branding, swag management, and event planning.
- Identify scheduling conflicts and proactively solve problems to keep the hiring process moving fast.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to be in-person at our San Mateo HQ 4-5 days per week.
- 0-1+ years of experience; internships, campus leadership, event planning, student clubs, Resident Advisor (RA) roles, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Hyper-organized with a strong attention to detail.
- A customer-focused mindset and genuine enjoyment in making people feel comfortable and valued.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Clear communicator who isn't afraid to ask questions when you hit a roadblock.
