We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to help manage the full cycle of candidate engagement at our San Mateo headquarters. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many applicants, coordinating phone, video, and in-person interviews while ensuring every interaction reflects a positive, professional experience.
What You’ll Do
- Manage scheduling logistics across multiple departments, aligning candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers efficiently
- Host visitors onsite with thoughtful onboarding, office tours, and clear communication
- Partner with university recruiting teams to support campus outreach, career fairs, and intern onboarding initiatives
- Keep applicant data accurate and up to date in our ATS (Ashby), ensuring no candidate is overlooked
- Support broader people initiatives including event coordination, swag logistics, and employer branding projects
- Anticipate scheduling challenges and resolve them proactively to maintain momentum in hiring timelines
What We’re Looking For
- Availability to work in-person 4–5 days per week at our San Mateo location
- 0–1+ years of relevant experience through internships, student leadership, event planning, or customer-facing roles
- Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
- A natural focus on creating positive experiences for others
- Proficiency with digital tools—comfort learning platforms like Ashby, G-Suite, and Workday quickly
- Clear, proactive communication and a willingness to ask questions when needed
- Enthusiasm for beginning a career in a fast-moving, innovative environment

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $80,000 – $100,000
