Sezzle is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who cares deeply about candidate experience and takes pride in keeping recruiting processes organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This role goes beyond scheduling to help strengthen how the recruiting team operates, supporting programs and improving processes.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end interview coordination and candidate communications, ensuring accurate scheduling and a seamless experience.
- Maintain ATS and scheduling tool accuracy (Greenhouse, GoodTime) including interview plans, hiring teams, permissions, and templates.
- Coordinate background checks and manage offer-stage workflows through onboarding handoff.
- Maintain clean recruiting documentation and data integrity, supporting reporting and audit readiness.
- Identify process gaps and drive operational improvements, surfacing friction points and recommending solutions.
- Support recruiting programs and cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency and scalability beyond day-to-day coordination.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting operations.
- Experience with Greenhouse and GoodTime.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Ideally based in the United States (Central or Eastern time zone preferred).
- Experience with tools like Gem, Notion, Airtable, or similar systems.

You will partner closely with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and interviewers, reporting to the Recruiting Operations & Enablement Manager.
