What You'll Do
- Hire the top 0.1% of candidates globally for the Quant & Trading team.
- Focus on active sourcing, building long-term relationships with candidates, and using an assertive recruitment approach.
- Manage a fast-paced recruitment process to move candidates quickly through the pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience hiring for HFT companies.
- An established network of Quants & Traders.
- A relationship-driven recruitment style.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
